In accordance with the Federal No Surprises Act effective January 1, 2022, healthcare providers and facilities are required to inform individuals, both orally and in writing, who are (a) uninsured, (b) choose not to use their insurance, or (c) self-pay, about the availability of a 'Good Faith Estimate' (GFE) for expected charges. If the above criteria apply to you, you should receive a GFE shortly after starting counseling, available though the Client Portal. You may ask about a GFE at any time.
